  • A = Easy coordination
  • 1 = Low intensity
  • B = Moderate coordination
  • 2 = Med intensity
  • C = High coordination
  • 3 = High intensity
  • 4 = Challenge

PLEASE NOTE -

Musclemax, Pilates, Revolution and any class involving the stationary bikes have limited numbers. Bookings are essential in person at the gym reception up to one hour before the class commences. We need three participants for a class to go ahead, or at the instructor’s discretion. Pilates & Revolution may not be suitable for pregnant women. Please talk to a member of the fitness staff for more information.
