The Gym – Designed for every level & lifestyle.

Our gym offers a complete range of training options to suit every fitness level and goal. From high-energy Spin, Boxing and Bootcamp sessions to structured Strength training, Run Club and Seniors Fitness classes, there’s something for everyone. We also provide Pilates, Yoga, Mobility, Core and Stretch sessions to improve flexibility, balance and recovery, along with access to our sauna facilities to help you relax and recharge. Whether you’re building strength, improving endurance, enhancing mobility or simply looking to move better and feel stronger, our expert-led classes create a supportive environment to help you achieve it.
